Invitation letter:
The organizers will be pleased to send a letter of invitation to any individual requesting one, once their registration form and fee have been received. It is to be understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the congress to provide any financial support. You may request such a letter form the Administrative Secretariat.

Registration:
Registration fee until July 31th 2013:
200 EUR for academic delegates,
350 EUR for delegates of companies
150 EUR for accompany persons 

Registration fee from August 1st 2013:
250 EUR for academic delegates,
400 EUR for delegates of companies
200 EUR for accompany persons

The ademic delegates and the delegates of companies registration fee includes coffee breakes and lunches and congess attendance.
The accompanying person registration fee include lunches.

Accodmodation:

Single room - 80 EUR/night with breakfast and dinner/half board
Double room-110 EUR/night with breakfast and dinner/half board

All room charges must be prepaid to Remedicon Ltd. . However when checking out, all extras (mini-bar, telephone charges, room service, etc.) must be settled with the hotel directly.

Extra cost:
transfer between Budapest and Sümeg

Transfer (by bus):
There are no regular transfers from the airport to the congress venue (Sümeg). Remedicon as the congress organizer will arrange some options for the participants.

The detailes are not yet finalized that means that for the time being we can only suggest some tentative price.

Tentative prices:

  •  If you will travel together with 2-3 other guests (participants arriving at similar time will be suggested to travel together) than the return price (Airport – Sümeg – Airport) will be between 100 and 150 EUR.
  •   If you will use the organized transfer (coach ) and travel together with several other congress participants (15-20 people together) then the  costs will be not higher than EUR 50,- for a return trip.

By Train

In general, trains for Sümeg leave from South (Déli) railway station. Passengers can easily reach Ferihegy railway station (Budapest Airport Terminal 1) from the Budapest Déli Railway Station. The travelling from the city center to the airport within less than half an hour. The two platforms of the railway station are connected to the Airport Terminal 1 with a pedestrian footbridge of Ferihegy railway station equipped with lifts above the clearway. A short pedestrian path of just 200 meters takes the passengers from the terminal to the Ferihegy railway station. A minibus service is available between Terminals 1 and 2 at the airport for 700 HUF per person. Ticket can be bought at all terminals at the desk of the Minibus Service. Public transportation is also available between the two terminals, by bus No.200. (6 stops, if the bus stops everywhere), please purchase your ticket from the driver for 350 HUF.
Arriving travelers can buy their tickets at Tourinform at Terminal 2 from 08.00 to 22.00 or at platform B at the railway station from the ticket vending machine. Please note, that you can pay only with cash, and only Hungarian Forints (HUF) are accepted. Exchange offices can be found at the terminals. The prices for the trains are cca 4000 HUF (2nd class) and 5000 HUF (1st class) in one direction, and includes seat reservation.
