Registration Fee includes:

• Conference bag with program booklet
• Attendance to all sessions
• Welcome reception on 5^th March
• Conference dinner on 6^th March
• Coffee breaks
• Lunches on 5^th and 6^th March
• Certificate of Attendance
  

• until 17^th of February with 100% reimbursement is accepted .
  (For bank costs 20 EUR will be deducted.)
  
• From 18^th of February until 27^th of February 50% of the registration fee will be paid back.
  (For bank costs 20 EUR will be deducted.)
  
• After 28^th February no reimbursement is possible.                                                  

Payment:

Payment should be made by bank transfer to the bank account provided in Pro forma Invoice.
Please refer to the Pro forma Invoice number and programme title in your notice in this form:

The invoice will be issued after the receipt of the fees to the address provided by you.
Payment can also be made by credit card (VISA or MasterCard, AMEX is not accepted).

Accomodation:

The organizers can offer accomodation in conference venue at the following special rates:

• Aquincum Hotel, superior single room with breakfast 34 000 HUF/night (~101,5 EUR)
  

• Aquincum Hotel, superior double room with breakfast 37 000 HUF/night (~ 110 EUR)

 The room rates include:

• accommodation with buffet breakfast,
  
• free wireless internet connection
  
• taxes (VAT 5% and Tourist tax 4%)

Guidance for Oral Presenters:
Oral presentations are limited to a 20 minutes presentation with 5 minutes for discussion.

• Presentations must be prepared in Powerpoint, other formats will not be supported.
• Please use 16:9 format for your slides.
• Presentations should be saved in powerpoint format (.ppt) to a USB or other portable format and handed in at the Lecture room, preferably the break or coffee break before presentation and no later than the session before your presentation.
• Please name your powerpoint file using the by your surname, e.g. Andersen.ppt.
• Use of personal computers will not be permitted.
• If you have videos or audio they must be embedded in the presentation and we strongly advise that you upload and test your presentation well before your slot in the Programme.
